The holiday apartments in the Kresspichl farmhouse guarantee pure relaxation. Two apartments with separate entrances are located on the second floor of the house.<\/p>\n
One apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a balcony, a WC, a bathroom with a bathtub, a TV with satellite connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi.<\/p>\n
The second apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a balcony, a WC, a bidet, a bathroom with either a bathtub or a shower, a TV with satellite connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi. This apartment offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for 2 to a maximum of 11 people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels, dining and cooking utensils, a kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, and a hairdryer are all provided.<\/p>\n
A crib and additional child equipment are available upon request.
\nIt is possible to have lunch and dinner at our farm tavern. Warm meals are served until 8:00 PM.<\/p>\n
Prices<\/h2>\n
Holiday apartment for 2 people including farmhouse breakfast:<\/strong>
\nMinimum price: \u20ac90.00
\nMaximum price: \u20ac120.00
\nEach additional person is charged separately:<\/strong>
\nChildren up to 4 years old: free
\nChildren aged 4 to 10 years: \u20ac9.00
\nChildren aged 10 and above and adults: \u20ac15.00
\nIn addition to the stated prices, a local tax will be charged. This amounts to \u20ac1.15 per person per night. Children under 14 years are exempt.
\nFor stays of less than 4 days, a 10% surcharge applies
\nFinal cleaning: \u20ac35<\/p>\nDogs are allowed only with prior arrangement and for an additional charge of \u20ac5.00 per day.
\nThe invoice is preferably paid in cash; please note that we do not accept credit cards.<\/p>\n
Arrival and Departure<\/h3>\n
On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
\nWithout prior agreement or notification of a later arrival, the reservation will lose its validity after 8:00 PM.<\/p>\n
Booking<\/h3>\n
Please note: The booking is only binding after you and we have sent written confirmation.
\nCancellation Policy according to Art. 1382 ZGB<\/p>\n
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
\nThe reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee up to 45 days before the arrival date.
\nIn case of cancellations by the guest between 30 days and the arrival date, the following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n
Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: \u20ac50 Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date: \u20ac150 Cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price Cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price<\/p>\n
In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
